This Director of Area Operations role puts you in charge of multiple high-volume, full-service quick service drive-thru restaurants where speed, quality, and guest experience all matter every shift. You will coach general managers, sharpen unit performance, and shape how the area grows. Compensation runs $90,000 to $100,000 per year plus bonus potential.

• Base pay of $90,000 to $100,000 per year

• →Oversee daily operations across multiple drive-thru restaurants
• →Coach and develop general managers to run strong shifts
• →Drive speed of service, food quality, and guest satisfaction
• →Manage labor, food cost, and unit-level profitability
• →Keep every location clean, safe, and fully staffed

• Proven multi-unit leadership in quick service or drive-thru restaurants
• Strong track record of hitting sales and profit goals
• Skilled at hiring, training, and retaining restaurant managers
• Comfortable reading P&Ls and acting on the numbers
• Willing to be on the floor, visiting units regularly
