As a Restaurant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment, providing exceptional customer service, and leading our dedicated team. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, where your contributions will directly impact our guest experience and operational success. We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 annually, along with opportunities for professional development and growth within our organization.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Manage staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address guest inquiries and complaints
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering supplies as needed
  • Ensure the restaurant is clean and well-maintained at all times
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and profitability
  • Maintain financial records and assist with budget management
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation

Requirements
