NextGen Hospitality Solutions is excited to announce an opening for a Restaurant Manager at our high-volume restaurant and bar. This full-time, on-site position is perfect for individuals eager to kickstart their career in the vibrant restaurant industry.
As a Restaurant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment, providing exceptional customer service, and leading our dedicated team. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, where your contributions will directly impact our guest experience and operational success. We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 annually, along with opportunities for professional development and growth within our organization.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- →Manage staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- →Provide exceptional customer service and address guest inquiries and complaints
- →Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering supplies as needed
- →Ensure the restaurant is clean and well-maintained at all times
- →Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and profitability
- →Maintain financial records and assist with budget management
- →Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation
Requirements

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Basic understanding of restaurant operations and management
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

- Team player with a positive attitude and strong leadership potential
- Experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required
