What You'll Do

- Own daily back-of-house operations: prep, line execution, cleanliness, and organization
- Hire, train, and develop a kitchen team that takes pride in its work
- Keep every plate consistent with brand standards for quality and presentation
- Manage food cost, ordering, inventory, and waste
- Uphold rigorous food safety and sanitation practices
- Partner with the management team to deliver a great guest experience every shift

What We're Looking For

- 3+ years leading a kitchen in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
- Genuine passion for scratch cooking and quality execution
- A coach's mentality - you build people, not just schedules
- Solid command of food cost, inventory, and kitchen systems
- High energy, strong organization, and calm under pressure
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
