• Associate degree or equivalent experience in restaurant management
• Proven track record as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
• Familiarity with restaurant management software and POS systems
