Territory Manager- Hartford, CT

OCD is one of the most severe, prevalent, and misunderstood mental health conditions. Our mission is to increase access to effective, evidence-based care and reduce the stigma surrounding OCD.

As a Territory Manager, you won’t just be managing a pipeline from a spreadsheet; you will be the face of NOCD in your community. Your primary mission is to get out into the field, open doors, and build genuine, lasting relationships with behavioral health prescribers, clinicians, and health systems throughout your market.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of professional experience of meeting or exceeding expectations.
• A lifelong learner who takes feedback as fuel. You don't need to know everything about healthcare sales on day one, but you must be ready to learn it fast.
• A purpose-driven professional who wants their daily work to have a tangible impact, connecting their sales hustle directly to life-saving clinical outcomes for members.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% within the assigned territory.
