Key Account Sales - GC Auto

As part of the global automotive sales & marketing organization, work effectively across departments to drive demand creation and revenue growth.

• →Work independently as part of the GC Auto sales force to achieve team and individual business goals, including revenue growth and market share gains
• →Serve as the lead point of contact for all assigned customers’ account management matters
• →Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• →Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
• →Work with cross-region and cross-functional teams within NXP
• →Regularly track sales forecasts and deliver high-quality reports

• 5+ years of experience in semiconductor or automotive electronics sales
• Proven track record of closing semiconductor design wins
• Deep knowledge of the China automotive OEM/Tier 1 ecosystem
• Fluent in Mandarin and English
• Bachelor's degree in EE or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
• Willingness to travel frequently within China
• Proactive, self-motivated, and a strong team player
• Shanghai location preferred
