We are seeking an experienced leader who can maximize inventory performance, develop a high-performing sales team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while driving profitability and growth.

• →Lead and manage all pre-owned vehicle sales operations
• →Drive sales volume, gross profit, and inventory turn objectives
• →Develop and coach sales consultants to achieve peak performance
• →Oversee vehicle acquisition, pricing, merchandising, and inventory management
• →Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to remain competitive
• →Ensure compliance with dealership policies and manufacturer standards
• →Foster a culture focused on customer satisfaction and employee development
• →Partner with Finance, Service, and Marketing teams to maximize results

• Proven success as an Automotive Sales Manager or Pre-Owned Sales Manager
• Luxury automotive experience preferred; luxury experience is a plus
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities
• Expertise in inventory management, pricing strategy, and digital retailing
• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
