Automotive Business Development Manager

Highly motivated and organized individual for the position of Automotive business development not only Tier1s but also Japan OEMs (Major automotive companies)  will 
・Support customers with image sensor opportunity and ASIC opportunity.
・Promote to Japan OEMs and Tier1s for image sensor, Automotive Analog parts and ASICs.
・Drive the internal teams during opportunity qualification based on customer's requirement
・Work closely with customer and internal teams such as Marketing, Business Development and Operations teams to resolve delivery control and enable new product ramp
・Promote standardization of business processes within Japan and alignment with global standards

・5+ years’ experience working in the semiconductor or related industry.
・Sales or Marketing or Business development experience.
・Solid situational communication skill with internal and external including customer.
・Should be willing to travel including internationally. Typically up to 5 days per month.
・Solid project management skill would be a plus.
・Familiarity with image sensors would be a plus.
・Experience in automotive electronics industry would be a plus.
・Result oriented and embraced change behaviors.
・Business level English and Japanese communication skill.
・BA degree or equivalent work experience
