Executive Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership. This role requires professionalism, strong analytical abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct administrative support to the President and Vice President
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
- Screen and direct incoming calls and correspondence
- Prepare meeting rooms and materials for conferences and presentations
- Maintain office supply inventory and coordinate equipment ordering
- Provide basic IT troubleshooting support as needed
- Assist and support office personnel across departments
- Update and maintain company manuals and handbooks
- Handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
- Strong communication skills with the ability to problem-solve effectively
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Publisher and MS Project is a plus
- Excellent typing, data entry, and advanced word processing skills
- Ability to create professional presentations, including charts and data visuals
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
- Strong grammar, proofreading, and writing abilities
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Positive, energetic attitude with a proactive mindset
- Team-oriented with a willingness to support others
- Knowledge of marketing or graphic design is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $22.00 – $30.00 per hour (DOE)
- Hours: 40 hours per week (full-time)

Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- 8-hour shifts
Location
- Woodland, WA 98674 (in-person)
