We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Key Account Manager HORECA to manage and grow relationships with hotels, restaurants, and catering clients. The ideal candidate will have strong commercial acumen, a deep understanding of the foodservice industry, and a proven ability to deliver sales growth through strategic account management.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- → Develop and maintain strong relationships with key HORECA clients, including hotels, restaurants, and catering groups
- → Achieve sales and profitability targets for assigned accounts and product categories
- → Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the HORECA channel
- → Negotiate contracts, pricing, and trading terms to ensure profitability and long-term partnerships
- → Coordinate with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and on-time delivery
- → Conduct regular business reviews with key clients to analyze performance and identify growth opportunities
- → Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform commercial strategies
- → Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and account plans
- → Support product launches, sampling activities, and menu placements within the HORECA segment
- → Ensure high standards of customer service and brand representation
Requirements
- → Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- → 4 - 7 years of experience in sales or key account management within the HORECA or foodservice sector
- → Strong understanding of the UAE hospitality market and key customer networks
- → Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing large accounts
- → Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- → Ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable insights
- → Valid UAE driving license
