We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth and expand our presence within the banking and financial services sector. Responsibilities

- →Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to proposal submission, negotiation, and closing.
- →Understand client challenges and recommend appropriate technology solutions.
- →Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and commercial discussions.
- →Work closely with technical and delivery teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.
- →Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts and market insights.
- →Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
- →Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies within the banking sector.
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of enterprise technology sales experience.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience selling technology solutions to banks, financial institutions, or fintech companies.
- Strong understanding of banking technology, digital transformation, payments, cybersecurity, data analytics, or related solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to engage with senior decision-makers.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
