Responsibilities

As our Sales Manager UK, you will play a key strategic leadership role in driving regional growth, building a high-performing sales organization, and ensuring ambitious revenue targets are achieved. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales leader who thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment and is motivated by ownership, impact, and team development.

  • Drive regional sales performance and ensure the achievement of revenue targets by optimizing team effectiveness, execution, and accountability.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a sales team with varying levels of experience, helping each individual reach their full potential and achieve their goals.
  • Improve key commercial KPIs, including ARR, Net Revenue Retention (NRR), Gross Revenue Retention (GRR), and Renewal Rates through proactive customer engagement and strategic account management.
  • Build and execute go-to-market initiatives while leveraging your network within the construction industry to create new business opportunities.
  • Represent the company externally by leading webinars, speaking at industry events, and strengthening our position within the market.
  • Conduct high-impact product demonstrations and presentations for senior stakeholders and C-level decision-makers, both virtually and in person.
  • Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, with responsibility for managing and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong background in Construction Technology (ConTech), PropTech, or technology solutions serving the construction/real-estate industry.
  • An established network within the construction sector and a demonstrated ability to generate opportunities through industry relationships.
  • Experience building or scaling go-to-market functions and driving sustainable ARR growth.
  • Strong coaching and leadership skills, with the ability to successfully manage and develop both senior and junior sales professionals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Results-driven, highly accountable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
  • Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
