Pratt Industries - a sustainable packaging company – is looking for an entry level HR Generalist ready to work closely with the HR manager to support the human resources initiatives for the Beloit, Wisconsin Corrugator.

Support the Human Resource Manager in the day-to-day HR operations for the Beloit Corrugator, including recruiting, employee relations, payroll, and personnel record-keeping, and additional duties as assigned by management.

- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as proportions and percentages.
- Computer literacy (MS Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Preferred knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
- Preferred candidates will have experience with ADP or other HRIS’s.
Employee is regularly required to walk, talk, hear, sit and stand. Vision requirements include: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to, while on the manufacturing floor, wet and/or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, and fumes or airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment can be, at times, loud.
