You’ll be joining a collaborative, high-performing team that’s passionate about helping small businesses succeed. Along the way, you’ll sharpen your sales skills, gain hands-on experience, and have plenty of opportunities for career development and progression.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Making a high volume of outbound customer engagements.
- →Supporting GTM with inbound customer enquiries.
- →Understanding business owners’ needs and requirements while delivering exceptional customer service.
- →Collaborating with internal stakeholders to create value and achieve outstanding outcomes for Prospa and our customers.
- →Having detailed conversations with business owners to drive commercial results.
- →Exceeding key activity and performance metrics.
- Customer-focused with a strong commitment to delivering excellent service.
- Professional with a problem-solving mindset and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in changing environments and adapt to ambiguity.
- Detail-oriented with strong time management and organisational skills.
- Previous experience in fast-paced, high-volume phone-based customer service or sales roles is advantageous.
- Passionate about supporting small businesses and a strong desire to learn and develop your career in sales.
