This role sits with our corporate services team. Our team provides our clients with outsourced accounting based on their niche and business need.

We are seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager to drive growth for our Managed Services business across finance, accounting, and risk solutions. This role focuses on engaging multinational corporations (MNCs) and large Malaysian corporates, helping them transform and outsource non-core support services through scalable, technology-enabled solutions.

This is a consultative, solution-selling role, requiring a strong commercial mindset, deep understanding of business operations, and the ability to position integrated service offerings that deliver measurable outcomes beyond cost efficiency.

You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team member’s unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations.
