HVAC Sales Manager

We're looking for a driven, hands-on leader who knows how to build high-performing sales teams, coach for success, and drive results.

This isn't a sit-behind-a-desk management role. We want someone who leads by example, gets involved in the field, and knows how to bring out the best in their team.

• $140,000–$180,000 annually + Bonus

• →Lead, coach, and develop a team of HVAC Sales Representatives.
• →Conduct weekly 1:1s, ride-alongs, and performance coaching.
• →Drive sales performance, revenue goals, and KPIs.
• →Hold your team accountable while creating a positive, results-driven culture.
• →Partner our General Manager on business goals, forecasting, and budgets.
• →Provide hands-on support and remain accessible to your team during working hours.
• →Ensure an exceptional customer experience and ethical sales practices.

• 2+ years of sales management experience required.
• Direct in-home sales experience required.
• HVAC, plumbing, or home services experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead teams and improve sales performance.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
• Experience tracking sales KPIs and performance metrics.
• Basic Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
