Build, maintain, and cultivate client relationships, understanding their needs, expectations, and objectives
Address client concerns, resolve issues that arise during the campaign process, and offer solutions to maintain client satisfaction
Coordinate various projects and tasks to meet deadlines, making necessary adjustments whenever needed
Work closely with teams and other departments, to develop effective advertising strategies
Create cost estimates based on an agreed price list and / or contract. Secure that resources investment on the agency’s side matches our initial estimate
Analyze the status of active / inactive clients as well as the possibility to upsell / cross-sell
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to propose innovative advertising solutions to clients
Participate in pitching and presenting to prospective clients to secure new business opportunities
Oversee the development, execution, and analysis of advertising campaigns, ensuring they align with the client’s goals
Regularly update clients on the progress of campaigns and provide detailed analysis on the effectiveness of advertising strategies

Excellent understanding of Performance Marketing Channels (e.g. Google Ads, Paid Social Ads)

Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective client interaction and team collaboration

Ability to analyze campaign data and market trends to make informed decisions

Experience at managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

Commitment to providing excellent service to clients to maintain long-term partnerships

Very good understanding of Content Creation, Design and UX/UI Development

Eagerness & motivation to stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to propose innovative advertising solutions to clients

Adaptability & flexibility

Familiarity with project management systems (e.g.Asana) is a plus
