Sales Development Representative

• Manage outbound sales campaigns into designated prospect lists, booking follow up calls and product demonstrations.

• Identify, build and develop relationships with key decision makers, establishing a network of contacts within prospects.

• Engage prospects in a detailed discovery process to identify relevant customer needs and position LexisNexis L&P as a partner of choice that will be able to solve the customers challenges and meet or deliver on their legal research needs

• Use company systems and tools to ensure strong GDPR compliance

• Enjoy working in a structured, targeted environment

• Professional and clear telephone manner

• Highly competitive, self-motivated, organised and able to manage own time

• Flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of a changing market, our customers and the business

• Enjoys and works well in a team environment

• Openness to learn

• Previous outbound sales experience would be preferred
