Responsibilities

→Manage incoming phone calls and internet leads with requests about powersports vehicles.
→Confirm sales appointments and perform long-term follow-up on all unsold customers.
→Answer incoming calls and respond to internet inquiries promptly with courtesy, honesty, accuracy, and professionalism - If you cannot answer the question, make an honest effort to ensure you get the answer from the right source (no matter what they need).
→Communicate effectively with customers according to their preferred method of communication (phone, email, text) with exceptional writing and email skills.
→Follow up with all unsold prospects daily and stay in contact with sold customers for customer follow-up and retention.
→Keep up-to-date with incoming inventory and operate software to locate vehicles quickly and efficiently.
→Maintain accurate and thorough customer information and interactions with guests into the CRM through data entry.
→Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements
