WHAT THE ROLE DELIVERS

This role drives the future of Roehm’s PMMA business in the Americas by uncovering new markets, leading strategic growth initiatives, and expanding the reach of ACRYLITE® and CYROLITE® technologies. You’ll shape our market presence, champion customer engagement, and influence next‑generation product innovation. Your work directly fuels high‑impact growth programs and positions Roehm as a leader in key North American industries.

WHAT WE ARE SEEKING

→Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Optical Engineering, Polymer Science, or a related technical field.
→A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or technical commercial roles, ideally within plastics, polymers, or advanced materials.
→Proven success in customer‑facing roles requiring strong engagement, relationship building, and solution selling.
→Ability to thrive in a cross-functional, highly matrixed, multicultural environment, collaborating across technical, commercial, and global teams.
→Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; highly self‑driven and resourceful.
→Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, SAP, and data analysis tools.
→Willingness to travel 50% or more, including occasional international travel.
