Account Manager - Landscape Maintenance

• →Strong commitment to fostering a safety-first culture through leading by example, reinforcing accountability, and promoting safe work practices
• →Minimum of three years of experience in customer service and team or project management within a related industry
• →Bachelor's degree in agribusiness, horticulture, business management, or a related field is preferred
• →Strong understanding of financial and operational management principles, including P&L analysis, budgeting, forecasting, job costing, estimating, proposal preparation, and contract management.
• →Demonstrated leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to develop and motivate teams, foster accountability and collaboration, and build strong customer relationships through excellent service.
• →Strong organizational, planning, problem-solving, and time management abilities
• →A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record over the past three years (Required)
• →Working knowledge of landscape maintenance operations, horticultural practices, irrigation systems, and landscape equipment operation and maintenance
• →Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
