Outside Sales Manager- D2D Energy Sales

• →Lead daily field operations, including territory planning, ride-alongs, and in-field coaching
• →Set clear activity and sales expectations tied to installs, conversions, and revenue
• →Track and manage KPIs such as doors knocked, leads generated, orders submitted, installs completed, and churn
• →Coach reps on selling: speed, reliability, pricing, switching objections, and competitive displacement
• →Conduct daily huddles, weekly training, and ongoing product and sales skills development
• →Ensure compliance with brand standards, permitting requirements, and local solicitation regulations
• →Build and maintain a competitive, accountable, and results-driven team culture

• →3+ years of door-to-door sales experience, with 1–2 years leading residential teams
• →Strong ability to recruit, train, and retain high-performing D2D reps
• →Comfortable managing to metrics in fast-paced, install-based sales environments
• →Hands-on leader with strong coaching, communication, and accountability skills
• →Ability to work evenings and weekends
• →Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally for field management
