Responsibilities

→Implement strategic outreach to potential clients, including cold calling, emailing, and social selling, with a focus on creating highly qualified leads.
→Engage with potential clients at their offices or on their job sites to build deeper connections throughout the sales process.
→Close deals with smaller accounts, ensuring a smooth transition to the Customer Success team.
→Partner with the Account Executive to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
→Work closely with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies based on campaign results and market feedback.
→Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads, tracking interactions and progress in the CRM system.
→Participate in networking events and industry conferences to build relationships and increase brand visibility.

2+ years of proven experience in business development or sales within a SaaS environment.
Construction industry experience is a plus.
Strong networking and negotiation skills.
Experience in lead generation and sales tactics.
A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Legally eligible to work in the US
