About the Role
~1 min readAs the Lead Executive Assistant, you will help create the conditions for strong leadership and organisational effectiveness by:
- Providing proactive support to the CEO and Executive Team
- Leading and developing Scope's Community of Practice for Executive Assistants
- Coordinating communication, planning and organisational activities that enable better decision-making
- Building strong relationships across the organisation and with external stakeholders
- Supporting the smooth operation of Scope's Hawthorn office and executive services

Keeping people safe is everyone's responsibility at Scope.
You will have, or will successfully obtain all relevant checks, including an NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check and other role-specific clearances.
The selection process for this role will include two interviews, and may include psychometric and aptitude assessments.
