Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Make a minimum of 300 outbound calls per day using our predictive auto-dialer.
- →Sell residential internet (homes, apartments) and commercial internet (small/medium businesses).
- →Match the right plan, speed tier, and bundle to each customer's needs.
- →Handle objections, walk customers through pricing and install timelines, and close on the call whenever possible.
- →Log every call, disposition, and sale in the CRM in real time.
- →Hit daily, weekly, and monthly quotas across both residential and commercial pipelines.
- →Stay TCPA / FCC compliant (full training + scripts provided).
