Creative Virtual Assistant / Video Editor

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with experience in video editing and graphic design support. This role requires someone who is comfortable communicating in English during internal meetings and capable of asking questions proactively when clarification is needed. The ideal candidate is creative, communicative, and confident working in a collaborative environment with potential future client-facing responsibilities. Responsibilities: Edit short-form and long-form video content Design flyers and marketing materials Assist with creative and administrative support tasks Participate in internal meetings in English Communicate proactively and ask clarifying questions when needed Maintain strong attention to detail across all tasks Requirements: Experience with video editing software Experience designing flyers or marketing graphics Strong spoken and written English communication skills Comfortable participating in meetings in English Detail-oriented and organized Able to work independently and communicate proactively Preferred Skills: Canva Adobe Premiere Pro CapCut Photoshop Social media content editing
