Operating as a white-label extension of our clients' teams, we help agencies build pipeline and win new business by connecting them with senior marketers, brand leaders, and executives across the UK, North America, and APAC.
We're looking for an ambitious, entry-level Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and help drive outbound prospecting efforts on behalf of our agency clients.
About the Role

As an SDR, you'll be responsible for researching prospects, building target lists, and executing personalized outreach campaigns through email and LinkedIn. Your goal is to generate qualified meetings for our clients by engaging senior marketing and brand professionals.
This is not primarily a cold-calling role though there are opportunities for calling prospects in the future. Success in this position comes from thoughtful prospecting, strong written communication, and consistent outreach execution.
Responsibilities

- Identify senior marketing, branding, and business leaders
- Build and maintain prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools
- Ensure CRM and prospecting data remains accurate and up to date
- Execute personalized outreach campaigns via email and LinkedIn
- Send connection requests, follow-ups, and nurture sequences
- Customize messaging based on target industries and client offerings
- Manage outreach across multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Engage prospects and qualify interest
- Coordinate meetings between prospects and clients
- Ensure appointments meet qualification criteria
- Maintain a steady pipeline of opportunities and booked meetings
- Track outreach performance and response rates
- Monitor campaign activity and optimize where needed
- Collaborate with internal team members to improve messaging and targeting
- Provide feedback on market trends and prospect responses
Requirements

- Additional commission based on qualified appointments booked
- $500–$1,000 USD per month on top of base salary
