Job Title: ABA Credentialing & Contracting Specialist
Working Hours: M-F 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
Salary Range: $2,000-$3,000 (final offer depends on the client based on your skills and experience)

About the Company

Provides in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services for children diagnosed with autism across Indiana and New Jersey.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced ABA Credentialing & Contracting Specialist to independently own two critical functions:

Credentialing of BCBAs and RBTs
Insurance contracting for new state expansions

Key Responsibilities

ABA Credentialing

• Credential and recredential BCBAs
• Credential RBTs/Behavior Technicians when required by a payer or state
• Maintain CAQH profiles and provider documentation
• Track applications, and FOLLOW UP with payers until approval
• Manage provider renewals and updates

ABA New State Contracting

• Research payer participation opportunities
• Submit and manage contracting applications
• Track contracts through execution
• Maintain organized contracting records and timelines

Required Qualifications

• EXTENSIVE hands-on ABA credentialing experience with BCBAs and RBTs
• EXTENSIVE hands-on ABA insurance contracting experience
• Advanced proficiency with Google Sheets or Excel
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Exceptional organizational and follow-up skills
