Position: Sales Representative – Mobile Home Showings (On-Site, Caracas)
Type of Contract: Independent Contractor
Working Hours: 40 hrs per week + 2 days off (no weekends off)

Location: On-site "Los Dos Caminos" Caracas, Venezuela

Salary Range : $1.500 USD + comm

Our client is a performance-based sales and leasing service for mobile home park owners. In simple terms, they help mobile home parks fill vacant homes faster by handling the entire sales process end-to-end.

About the role
A proactive communicator who can build rapport quickly, guide conversations naturally, and create a positive experience for prospects. Successful candidates are energetic, adaptable, and comfortable working in a structured, high-volume sales environment—key traits for effective sales reps who drive engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate showing times for mobile homes
• Conduct and support virtual home tours with prospects
• Actively engage leads during tours (e.g., asking questions, gathering feedback, building interest)
• Handle basic objection handling (4–5 common objections)
• Manage inbound leads only (no cold calling required)
• Maintain clear and professional communication via phone and chat
• Track interactions and updates in internal systems

• ~20 phone calls per day
• ~60 chat interactions per day

• Strong American English accent (critical for customer engagement)
• Sales mindset or willingness to learn sales techniques
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in Caracas (not remote)
• Comfortable handling high-volume communication

• Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot or similar systems)
• Familiarity with tech platforms and digital tools
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or virtual support
