About the Role

Serve as the main point of contact for clients, delivering timely updates and proactive support.

Maintain strong, clear, and professional communication in fluent English (near-native preferred).

Build trust with clients through responsiveness, consistency, and proactive problem solving.

Oversee client onboarding and guide clients through the Amazon launch process.

Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and exceed expectations.

Track timelines, deliverables, and deadlines to maintain smooth execution.

Anticipate client needs and provide quick solutions.

Respond promptly to inquiries, including occasional after-hours client requests.

Ensure long-term satisfaction and retention through a proactive, consultative approach.

Work with senior leadership and internal teams to refine launch processes.

Support client escalations, troubleshooting, and coaching where needed.

Leverage tools like Slack and project management systems to keep communication organized.
Requirements

Candidates based in Latin America or South Africa.
