About the Role

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, delivering timely updates and proactive support.

  • Maintain strong, clear, and professional communication in fluent English (near-native preferred).

  • Build trust with clients through responsiveness, consistency, and proactive problem solving.

    • Oversee client onboarding and guide clients through the Amazon launch process.

    • Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and exceed expectations.

    • Track timelines, deliverables, and deadlines to maintain smooth execution.

    • Anticipate client needs and provide quick solutions.

    • Respond promptly to inquiries, including occasional after-hours client requests.

    • Ensure long-term satisfaction and retention through a proactive, consultative approach.

    • Work with senior leadership and internal teams to refine launch processes.

    • Support client escalations, troubleshooting, and coaching where needed.

    • Leverage tools like Slack and project management systems to keep communication organized.


    Requirements

    • Candidates based in Latin America or South Africa.

    • Must be available during EST working hours (8am–5pm EST) with flexibility for late responses when required.
