Account Manager (Remote) - 62843002273
Quick Summary
Own day-to-day buyer communication across our key accounts—deeply understanding what each buyer needs and managing the relationship proactively to build long-term trust.
Organize and manage trade show participation for key accounts—handling all layout planning, logistics, staffing coordination, and post-show follow-up.
Contract: Independent Contractor
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, CST
We are building the leading plant care brand for modern consumers—science-backed products, home decor-driven newness, fresh thinking, and a genuine obsession with doing things better. We're a small, fast-moving team that's scaling quickly. We care a lot about the work we do and the way we do it—and we're looking for people who feel the same.
We're growing our offshore commercial team and need someone to take direct ownership of our larger USA retail accounts—the buyers at national distributor accounts, our multi-door grocery retailers, and our larger national partnerships (such as Target and Walmart). This is distinct from our existing offshore sales role, which focuses on independent retailer outreach through Faire and HubSpot; this role owns the buyer relationship itself, once an account is live.
You'll be the day-to-day point of contact for these buyers—managing relationships, owning vendor setup, forecasting, reporting, and the commercial health of each account. Your work will allow leadership to continue focusing on strategy and new business rather than day-to-day account administration.
If you have real USA B2B account management experience, are comfortable owning buyer relationships end-to-end, and want a role with genuine responsibility on a growing consumer brand, this is a great fit.
