B2B Inside Sales Representative (Commercial Real Estate)

  • Location: Remote (Targeting South Africa or Latin America)
  • Hours: Full-Time (Aligned with US Eastern Time / EST business hours)
  • Compensation: $1,300 – $1,800 USD (commensurate with experience) + a highly lucrative, performance-heavy incentive/commission structure.

We are a premier, fully commercial-focused real estate team. Based in Center City, Philadelphia, we specialize in high-level commercial transactions, partnering with sophisticated property owners, investors, and developers. We are a collaborative, growth-minded team utilizing a global talent model to scale our business development efforts.

We are seeking a highly professional, articulate, and driven Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to spearhead our outbound business development. In this role, you will not be dealing with traditional homebuyers or sellers; instead, you will focus strictly on B2B outbound sales, engaging with sophisticated real estate investors, developers, and commercial business owners.

Your primary objective is to cultivate relationships from curated lists and strategically set appointments for team personnel to reach out to.

Responsibilities

  • Outbound Lead Generation: Conduct systematic outbound cold and warm calling campaigns utilizing our dialer platform (Mojo) to contact property owners, business owners, and developers.
  • Appointment Setting: Articulate the team’s commercial real estate value proposition clearly to sophisticated prospects, successfully securing high-value consultation appointments for the partners.
  • Business Development Coordination: Organize, track, and systematically follow up with leads within the pipeline. Assist in managing and coordinating contact lists for other team members to ensure no opportunities are missed.
  • Data & List Management: Assist the team in pulling, organizing, and uploading targeted property and investor lists directly into the dialer/CRM.

Requirements

  • Proven B2B Sales Track Record: Demonstrated success in outbound cold calling, tele-sales, or inside sales within a business-to-business (B2B) environment.
    • Experience in full-time dialing: This is a role that requires 7-8 hours per day of calling and outreach. Must have done this successfully in a previous role because 2-3 hours of cold calling per day is a lot different than 7-8 and we don’t want candidates who “burn-out” after a month or two because full-time cold calling isn’t for everyone. 
       
  • Elite Communication & Professionalism: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills. You must possess the professional polish and high emotional intelligence (EQ) required to converse intelligently with high-net-worth investors and corporate entities.
     
  • Highly Systematic & Organized: A meticulous approach to pipeline management. You understand that these are multi-touch relationships and are skilled at executing disciplined follow-ups.
    • Using A/B testing-type metrics, must understand how to organize, rank and refine:
      • Lists
      • Scripts
      • Follow up processes
    • Doesn’t have to be done at a super high level of analysis or detail, but some analysis of the calling results and pivoting to a better script or understanding whether a list is solid or terrible is a huge value-add
       
  • Coachability: A team-first attitude with a strong desire to be coached, trained, and integrated into our team culture.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the real estate sector (commercial real estate experience is highly preferred but general real estate experience is also valued).
  • Familiarity with sales dialers (e.g., Mojo Dialer) or commercial real estate databases.
  • Bilingual capabilities (English and Spanish) if applying from Latin America.
