Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week - U.S. business hours required (PST preferred, EST acceptable)

The focus is on long-term relationships, trust, and scalable partnership management.
We are hiring a highly organized, relationship-driven Business Development Manager to manage and grow a large portfolio of professional entertainment industry contacts.
This is a high-volume, writing-intensive outreach role focused on building new partnerships, reactivating dormant relationships, and maintaining consistent engagement across hundreds of accounts. While leads are provided, this role requires proactive outreach, follow-up discipline, and strong written communication.
This is not a traditional hard sales role. Success is driven by thoughtful outreach, relationship warming, and consistent execution against clear activity and engagement targets.
Responsibilities

- →Execute daily outbound outreach primarily via email, with some social follow-up, using provided leads
- →Send a minimum of 50 emails per day, with a target range of 60 to 80 well-crafted messages
- →Build new partnerships while re-engaging previously active or dormant accounts
- →Maintain accurate records, follow-ups, and engagement tracking within HubSpot
- →Achieve weekly engagement and activation targets, including closing 70+ accounts per week
- →Ensure at least 40 weekly activations are new or previously non-engaged accounts
- →Collaborate on improving CRM workflows, sequences, and messaging templates
- →Think creatively about ways to keep relationships warm, responsive, and productive over time
- Excellent written English with the ability to write clear, natural, professional outreach emails
- Proven experience in outbound outreach, business development, sales, or partnership roles
- Strong CRM experience, ideally HubSpot or a similar system
- Ability to manage high outreach volume without sacrificing message quality
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail across large account lists
- Self-motivated and disciplined with the ability to work independently
- Relationship-focused mindset with patience and consistency
- Comfortable working toward daily and weekly performance targets
- Adaptable and open to feedback on messaging and workflows
- Genuine interest in the business side of the entertainment industry
- Mid-level candidates with prior success in outreach, sales, or relationship management can succeed in this role
- Entertainment industry experience is a plus but not required. Strong relationship management skills are transferable
- Candidates with prior sales or partnership experience often perform well due to the new-account focus
- Spanish fluency is a plus but not required
- Must be a fluent English writer. Candidates will be tested to ensure strong writing skills without reliance on AI tools
- Consistently hitting daily outreach targets
- Maintaining response rates in the 30 to 50 percent range depending on contact type
- Closing 70+ accounts weekly, with a strong mix of new and reactivated relationships
- Keeping CRM data clean, current, and actionable
- Demonstrating ownership of accounts and outreach quality
