We are seeking a highly intelligent, articulate, and driven Business Development Representative to join our growing team. This role is responsible for identifying and engaging prospective clients, generating qualified opportunities, and building relationships with senior-level decision-makers.

The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, and has experience selling to sophisticated professional audiences. You will be responsible for conducting outbound prospecting, initiating meaningful conversations, and positioning our services to potential clients.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls and prospecting activities to generate new business opportunities.

  • Identify and engage decision-makers within target organizations.

  • Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for the sales team.

  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective clients.

  • Research target companies and develop strategic outreach plans.

  • Communicate the value proposition clearly and professionally to potential clients.

  • Handle objections effectively and maintain engagement throughout the sales process.

  • Maintain accurate records of all activities within the CRM.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

  • Consistently meet or exceed activity and performance targets.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outbound cold calling and business development.

  • Strong B2B sales experience.

  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.

  • Professional and confident phone presence.

  • Ability to quickly build rapport and credibility with senior stakeholders.

  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.

  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

  • Experience selling into financial services, legal services, consulting, or other professional services sectors.

  • Experience engaging with executives, attorneys, financial advisors, business owners, or other senior-level professionals.

  • Background in appointment setting, lead generation, business development, or consultative sales.

  • Experience using CRM systems and sales engagement tools.

  • Highly intelligent and commercially minded.

  • Confident engaging with sophisticated, high-level professionals.

  • Resilient, persistent, and comfortable handling rejection.

  • Strong work ethic and accountability.

  • Excellent listening and relationship-building skills.

  • Driven by results and motivated by achieving targets.
