Industry Context: Direct, functional experience working within the US mortgage, lending, title, or real estate ecosystems. You must speak the language of brokers and loan officers to minimize training ramp time.

Sourcing Toolkit: Proficient hands-on experience using modern lead generation software (e.g., Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, or Seamless.AI) alongside standard cloud CRMs (HubSpot or Salesforce).

Communication Mastery: Outstanding verbal and written English communication skills with a confident, highly persuasive phone manner and an ability to stick to a script while sounding authentic and natural.
