  • CRM Hygiene: Input, organize, and rigorously maintain clean prospect records within our pipeline management system (HubSpot platform framework).

  • Cadence Management: Track touchpoints, log call dispositions accurately, and execute organized multi-channel follow-up cadences.

  • SDR B2B Track Record: 2–3+ years of professional outbound Sales Development (SDR/BDR) or cold-calling experience inside high-activity environments (SaaS, tech, or agency appointment setting).

  • Industry Context: Direct, functional experience working within the US mortgage, lending, title, or real estate ecosystems. You must speak the language of brokers and loan officers to minimize training ramp time.

  • Sourcing Toolkit: Proficient hands-on experience using modern lead generation software (e.g., Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, or Seamless.AI) alongside standard cloud CRMs (HubSpot or Salesforce).

  • Communication Mastery: Outstanding verbal and written English communication skills with a confident, highly persuasive phone manner and an ability to stick to a script while sounding authentic and natural.

  • Resilience: Exceptional work ethic, strong self-motivation to operate independently without constant micro-management, and high emotional resilience to navigate daily rejection positively.

  • Activity Velocity: Consistently hitting daily and weekly outbound call volume benchmarks.

  • Database Growth: Expanding our total addressable market list with highly accurate, verified mortgage decision-maker contacts.

  • Pipeline Contribution: Meeting or exceeding monthly targets for qualified meetings successfully held by the internal Account Executive team.
