Requirements

This role requires a hybrid operator — someone who can think strategically but also execute daily.
You should be comfortable owning ambiguity, building systems from scratch, and improving them over time.
Requirements

Experience owning or improving a sales process end-to-end

Strong communication skills — especially in consultative / strategic selling

Ability to engage senior stakeholders (e.g., Marketing Directors)

Strong organizational and pipeline management skills

Background in strategy, operations, or consulting (MBA-style thinking is a plus)
