    • Design and implement a clear, repeatable sales process


    • Build and execute outbound strategies targeting Marketing Directors

    • Reactivate dormant leads and past opportunities

    • Develop structured outreach sequences (email, LinkedIn, etc.)

    • Optimize messaging to move beyond “generic pitches” into strategic conversations


    Requirements

    • Manage and qualify inbound leads with a goal of scaling toward 100+ qualified leads/month

    • Lead discovery conversations focused on:

      • Business needs

      • ROI and execution strategy

      • Agency fit and differentiation

    • Improve conversion rates by elevating the quality of sales conversations


    • Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to:

      • Analyze call transcripts

      • Generate and refine sales scripts

      • Build objection-handling frameworks

    • Standardize messaging across the team

    • Continuously improve scripts based on real performance data


    • Own and optimize the sales pipeline in HubSpot

    • Build and maintain:

      • Deal stages

      • Automation workflows

      • Follow-up sequences

      • Reporting dashboards

    • Track key metrics:

      • Lead-to-meeting conversion

      • Meeting-to-close conversion

      • Pipeline velocity


    • Treat sales as a data-driven funnel

    • Identify what’s working and what’s not — and adjust quickly

    • Run experiments across messaging, channels, and targeting

    • Provide regular reporting and actionable insights to leadership


    This role requires a hybrid operator — someone who can think strategically but also execute daily.

    You should be comfortable owning ambiguity, building systems from scratch, and improving them over time.


    Requirements

    • Proven experience in business development, sales, or revenue operations

    • Experience owning or improving a sales process end-to-end

    • Strong communication skills — especially in consultative / strategic selling

    • Ability to engage senior stakeholders (e.g., Marketing Directors)

    • Experience using a CRM (preferably HubSpot)

    • Strong organizational and pipeline management skills


    • Background in strategy, operations, or consulting (MBA-style thinking is a plus)

    • Experience selling marketing services, agencies, or B2B services

    • Experience reactivating dormant leads or rebuilding underperforming pipelines

    • Hands-on experience using AI tools in sales workflows

    • Experience working with US-based clients
