We are a fast-growing logistics company focused on delivering reliable freight solutions across the U.S. Our team operates in a high-performance, real-time environment where execution, communication, and accountability are critical to success.
We are seeking an experienced Carrier Sales Representative to take full ownership of carrier procurement and load coverage. This role is responsible for sourcing capacity, negotiating rates, and managing shipments from pickup through delivery.
This is not a support role. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can make independent decisions to ensure loads are covered efficiently and cost-effectively.
Responsibilities

- →Build and maintain a strong, reliable carrier network
- →Negotiate competitive rates while protecting company margins
- →Vet carriers for compliance, including safety, insurance, and operational fit
- →Manage track and trace for active shipments and proactively communicate updates or issues
- →Maintain accurate records of carrier communications, rate agreements, and load details in the TMS
- →Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution from pickup to delivery
- 1–2+ years of experience in carrier sales or freight brokerage
- Proven experience negotiating rates and securing capacity
- Familiarity with load boards such as DAT, Truckstop, or similar platforms
- Experience working in a high call-volume, fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong phone presence and confident communication style
- Ability to think quickly and make decisions under pressure
- High sense of ownership and accountability
- Self-starter who can work independently
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a small, dynamic team
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in carrier sales and understands what it takes to get loads covered in real time. They are a strong negotiator, relationship builder, and communicator who takes pride in delivering results.
