About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and highly organized Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support outbound lead generation efforts for a growing LegalTech company. This is not a closing or client-facing sales role. Instead, the focus is on identifying prospects, conducting outbound outreach, nurturing interest, and securing qualified booked calls for the founders.

You’ll play a key role in helping expand pipeline activity through consistent prospecting, messaging, and LinkedIn engagement. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys outbound sales development, research, and relationship-building in an early-stage startup environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, email, and other outreach channels
  • Identify and qualify potential leads aligned with the company’s target market
  • Generate and secure qualified booked calls for the founders
  • Maintain accurate prospect and outreach tracking within CRM systems
  • Follow structured outbound campaigns and sequences
  • Support LinkedIn posting and engagement strategies to help nurture inbound interest
  • Collaborate closely with the founders on messaging, targeting, and outreach optimization
  • Provide feedback on campaign performance and prospect engagement trends
