Our client is a rapidly growing healthcare and Durable Medical Equipment (DME) provider serving patients across multiple product categories, including virtual rehabilitation (VR), continuous glucose monitoring (CGM), ostomy supplies, catheters, and other specialized healthcare products. The organization has experienced significant growth and is focused on improving both patient outcomes and operational efficiency while continuing to expand its sales and customer care functions.
The company already has several successful hires through Somewhere and is looking to continue scaling its team with high-quality talent who can contribute immediately.
About the Role
~1 min readThe Inbound Sales Agent will play a critical role in converting inbound opportunities into fulfilled orders while delivering an exceptional patient experience.
Unlike traditional inbound sales roles, this position requires a combination of sales ability, healthcare process knowledge, and operational discipline. The successful candidate will handle inbound inquiries across multiple DME product lines, educate patients, navigate documentation requirements, and ensure orders move successfully through the fulfillment process.
The client is specifically looking for candidates who can identify sales opportunities, cross-sell where appropriate, and maximize revenue opportunities that are currently being missed by non-sales staff handling inbound calls.

Handle inbound patient and customer inquiries

Educate patients on DME products and available solutions

Process orders and ensure accurate documentation

Cross-sell and upsell relevant products where appropriate

Requirements

Previous sales experience, preferably inbound sales

Durable Medical Equipment (DME) experience strongly preferred

Knowledge of products such as CGM, ostomy, catheter, rehabilitation, or healthcare products highly advantageous
