We are looking for a motivated Lead Generator / SDR to drive outbound sales efforts using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other AI tools. You will focus on researching prospects, sending cold emails, managing follow-ups, and setting meetings with prospective clients for the agency’s services. Strong writing skills and a passion for research are essential.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to research and build prospect lists.
- →Create and send cold outreach emails and manage email flows.
- →Use AI tools such as ChatGPT to enhance messaging and research.
- →Engage on social media by liking and commenting on relevant posts.
- →Schedule meetings for agency team members with qualified prospects.
- →Maintain accurate lead data and follow-up tasks in CRM (HubSpot preferred).
- →Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.
Requirements
~1 min read- Minimum 2 years experience in lead generation, sales development, or similar roles.
- Strong writing skills for cold email outreach and follow-up sequences.
- Proficient in LinkedIn Sales Navigator (required)(must have a LinkedIn account)
- Experience or certification with CRM tools (Airtable), HubSpot preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with cold calling is a plus but not a core responsibility.
- Ability to work independently, with strong attention to detail and organization.
- Marketing agency experience or previous lead generation in agency settings is a strong advantage.
- Comfortable using AI and automation tools to optimize workflow.
