  • Identify and prospect a targeted list of brands and agencies that align with the newsletter's audience demographics and content.

  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential advertisers through strategic outreach via email, phone, and professional networking.

  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and media kits that showcase the value and reach of the newsletters.

  • Pitch tailored campaigns and sponsorship packages that meet the specific needs of each advertiser.

  • Negotiate terms and close deals, consistently hitting and exceeding monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to post-campaign follow-up.

  • Act as a key liaison between advertisers and internal teams to ensure flawless campaign execution.

  • Track and report on sales activities, pipeline health, and revenue against targets.

  • Provide strategic insights to the marketing team to help refine offerings and identify new advertising opportunities.

  • Experience: Proven experience in digital media sales, ad sales, or newsletter/publisher sales is essential. You must have a track record of hitting revenue targets.
