- LATAM: $1,400 – $1,600 USD/month Base + Commissions
- South Africa (SA): $1,200 – $1,400 USD/month Base + Commissions
- LATAM: $1,400 – $1,600 USD/month Base + Commissions
- Commission Structure: Uncapped and designed for high-velocity closers:
- $50 USD per closed vehicle for your first 5–10 deals.
- $100 USD per closed vehicle once you exceed the 10-deal threshold.
- Target Output: 5–10 closed deals/month initially, scaling to a standard of 20+ closed deals.
- On-Target Earnings (OTE Commission): An additional $500 – $2,000+ USD per month.
We are a high-growth, modern vehicle import and brokerage firm expanding our operations internationally (originally founded in the Bahamas and aggressively entering new territories). We do not operate like a traditional dealership with a physical car lot. Instead, we provide a premium, full-service A-Z concierge solution—sourcing both premium auction vehicles and brand-new cars (ranging from $10,000 economical models to $150,000 luxury vehicles) and coordinating everything from sourcing to door-to-door delivery.
Because our clients purchase these vehicles sight unseen, this is a highly sophisticated, trust-based sales environment. We are seeking a relentless, psychologically astute Outbound Sales & Vehicle Brokerage Specialist to serve as the closing engine of our sales pipeline.
You aren't reading robotic scripts; you are selling certainty, trust, and peace of mind. You are a polished closer who understands human psychology, builds rapid authority over the phone, and guides warm, inbound leads from curiosity to a committed purchase.
Support Structure: To ensure you can focus 100% of your energy on dialing, building relationships, and closing, you will be supported by a dedicated Vehicle Specialist who handles the technical sourcing, logistics, and heavy administrative processing behind the scenes.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- Warm Inbound Intake: Manage and execute 50–60 high-impact phone calls per day. You will be working with warm inbound inquiries generated from our highly active marketing and advertising engines.
- The "Sight-Unseen" Pitch: Establish immediate rapport with prospective buyers, guiding them through our concierge process and instilling absolute confidence that their sourced vehicle will arrive exactly as promised.
- Psychological Closing: Uncover client motivations, identify their specific budget parameters (whether looking for a $10k economical daily driver or a $150k luxury asset), and use persuasive psychology to overcome natural hesitations.
- Objection Handling: Navigate concerns regarding pricing, shipping timelines, auction terms, and vehicle condition with extreme professionalism and confidence.
- Lead Flow Integrity: Own your lead pipeline inside GoHighLevel (GHL). Meticulously track every call outcome, text thread, and deal stage to ensure zero lead slippage.
- Nurture Strategy: Leverage automated sequences, stepping in manually the second an automated SMS or email trigger indicates active buying intent to call and finalize the deal.
- Data Hygiene: Maintain a clean, organized, and audit-ready database, ensuring all buyer preferences and vehicle requests are systematically cataloged.
- Sales-to-Sourcing Hand-off: Package qualified client briefs and hand them off directly to our back-office Vehicle Specialist to locate the perfect match.
- High-Accountability Focus: Thrive in a fast-paced, high-integrity startup environment under strict, growth-oriented leadership.
- Proven Sales DNA: 3+ years of experience in outbound sales, closing (AE), high-ticket B2C consulting, or high-volume appointment setting (automotive, real estate, financial services, or similar high-trust sectors are highly preferred).
- Persuasion & Psychological Mastery: You are a natural student of sales psychology. You know how to build a deep, genuine connection over the phone, ask guiding questions, and create a sense of urgency.
- GoHighLevel (GHL) Literacy: Experience working with high-end CRMs (GHL, HubSpot, or Salesforce) and a solid understanding of pipeline stages, tagging, and automated follow-up logic.
- Elite English: Flawless written and verbal English with a clear, neutral, and persuasive phone presence to confidently communicate with international buyers.
- The "Hunter-Closer" Mindset: You are highly motivated by commissions. You want your paycheck to reflect your closing velocity, and you are driven to scale from 5 closes to 20+ per month.
- Extreme Organization: You hate sloppy data. You are disciplined with your callbacks, structured in your pipeline, and treat CRM hygiene as a survival skill.
