Partner Manager - 64519477630
Quick Summary
- Fully remote
- Full-time
- Global schedule flexibility required to support partners across multiple time zones
We are a rapidly growing U.S.-based operations company that works as a behind-the-scenes partner to growing businesses. We take on the back-office and field operations that slow teams down — onboarding, payroll, compliance, contractor and vendor coordination, and full-scale field deployments — so our clients can stay focused on their core business.
We operate as a silent extension of our clients' teams and deliver under their brand. Our work spans multiple countries, including large-scale connectivity and field-technician deployments in remote and hard-to-reach locations. We run on a per-task model, which keeps us fast, accountable, and measured on the output we deliver.
About the Role
~1 min readAs we sign and deploy more partners across our global network, we need a dedicated owner for those relationships. Partner onboarding, training, and day-to-day support are the difference between deployments that run smoothly and ones that stall — and right now that ownership sits in too many hands. This role exists to be the operational backbone behind our partner network.
The Partner Manager owns the partner relationship end to end — from the moment a partner signs a contract through onboarding, enablement, and ongoing support. You will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of partners spread across multiple time zones, responsible for getting them operating independently, keeping them productive, and making sure their feedback reaches the people who make decisions internally.
This is equal parts relationship management and operational execution. You are the person partners rely on, and the person internal teams trust to keep the network running.
Responsibilities

- Train partners until they can operate independently and confidently
- Build and maintain onboarding documentation, playbooks, and SOPs that shorten ramp time as we scale
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a global portfolio of partners
- Run structured weekly and monthly check-ins to confirm each partner has what they need
- Troubleshoot and resolve partner issues quickly, escalating internally when required
- Monitor partner health and surface risks before they affect delivery
- Identify friction in partner workflows and build or improve processes so tasks are executed more efficiently
- Standardize repeatable partner tasks so the network can scale without adding chaos
- Gather partner insights and feedback and share them with internal teams and senior leadership
- Represent the partner perspective in product and process decisions
- Coordinate cross-functionally (operations, contracts, product) to close the loop on partner needs
Requirements
~1 min read- Senior-level experience in partner management, customer success, account management, or a similar relationship-led role
- Proven ability to onboard, train, and support external partners or clients to full independence
- Excellent spoken and written English; a clear, confident communicator
- Highly organized and process-driven, able to manage many partners and moving parts at once
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving instincts; calm under pressure
- Comfortable working flexible hours across multiple global time zones
- Confident using CRMs, ticketing, and operational systems
- Experience managing field, installation, contractor, or vendor networks
- Experience onboarding partners at scale in a fast-growing or startup environment
- Track record of building SOPs, playbooks, or process documentation from scratch
- Familiarity with distributed or global partner ecosystems
- Exposure to telecom, logistics, field services, or other operations-heavy industries
You are:
- Highly organized and process-driven — you create order and systems where none exist
- Proactive — you spot and solve problems before partners raise them
- Calm, approachable, and positive — partners genuinely enjoy working with you
- A clear communicator who adapts across cultures and time zones
- Comfortable owning relationships end to end and being the person everyone relies on
- Flexible and self-directed, able to work across a global schedule without close supervision
What We Offer
~1 min readYou will own a function that directly determines how well our global network runs. As we scale, this role scales with it — real ownership, direct visibility with senior leadership, and the chance to shape how every partner experiences us from day one.
