Job Title: Advertising Salesperson – Remote (Digital/CTV Focus)

Location: Remote (LATAM, Africa, Philippines – Open to candidates outside the US)

Hours: EST (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Compensation: Base $1,000 + Commission (up to $1,700+)

Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated salesperson with experience in advertising sales, particularly in digital/CTV, to join our team. This is a high-priority role targeting a new market and a new offer. The position is remote, and we are looking for 5 strong candidates to start the interview process ASAP. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to earn competitive commissions, with a fast-tracked interview process and potential start as early as next week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Focus: Sell advertising space (primarily focused on digital/CTV) to new clients in a new target market.
• Client Communication: Present the brand professionally over video calls and communicate effectively with prospects.
• Lead Generation: Use AI tools like ChatGPT, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and others for lead generation.
• Team Collaboration: Work with a remote team using Slack for communication and collaboration.
• Sales Documentation: Accurately log communications, leads, and sales processes within internal systems like Airtable.

Candidate Requirements:

• Sales Experience: Previous experience in advertising sales (digital/CTV preferred). Experience with print media is a plus.
• Typing Speed: Must type at 40 WPM or higher (non-negotiable).
• Remote Work Setup: Must have a reliable laptop and working-from-home setup.
• AI Proficiency: Familiar with AI tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Clay.com, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Presentation Skills: Comfortable presenting on video calls with a professional demeanor and strong communication skills.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication.
• Time Zone: Must be available to work during EST hours (9 AM to 5 PM).
• Personality Traits: A “hustler” mentality is valued over years of experience. Candidates should be self-driven, motivated, and adaptable.
