Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage decision-makers in the U.S. real estate industry

  • Research and target real estate investors, operators, and related professionals

  • Consistently hit daily and weekly activity KPIs

    • Qualify prospects and book meetings

    • Conduct discovery calls and introductory sales meetings

    • Deliver clear presentations on company services and value proposition

    • Manage follow-up sequences and progress deals through the pipeline

    • Close new accounts and generate monthly order volume

    • Maintain accurate activity tracking within the CRM

    • Log calls, emails, notes, and deal stages consistently

    • Re-engage warm leads and previous contacts

    • Collaborate with leadership to improve outreach messaging and sales workflows


    Performance will be measured by:

    • Daily outbound activity (calls, emails, touches)

    • Meetings booked

    • Show rate and conversion rate

    • Monthly orders received

    • Revenue contribution toward OTE targets


  • Prior experience selling into the U.S. market

  • Excellent written and spoken English (very important)

  • Strong phone presence and confidence with cold calling

  • Proven ability to handle rejection and maintain consistency

  • Experience using CRMs and sales tools (HubSpot, Apollo, or similar)

  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven

  • Comfortable working EST hours

  • Nice to Have

    • Experience in real estate, title, escrow, mortgage, or adjacent industries

    • Familiarity with U.S. business culture and sales communication standards

    • Background in high-activity outbound sales environments

    What We Offer

    Base Salary: ~$1,500 USD per month
    On-Target Earnings (OTE): $3,000 – $4,000 USD per month
    Commission: Performance-based, uncapped structure tied to closed business

    To support performance transparency and productivity, the team utilizes modern sales tools, including:

    • CRM systems for pipeline management

    • Sales engagement platforms for outreach

    • Optional productivity tools such as secure browser-based activity tracking to support accountability without micromanagement
