Responsibilities

Research and target real estate investors, operators, and related professionals
Consistently hit daily and weekly activity KPIs

Qualify prospects and book meetings

Conduct discovery calls and introductory sales meetings

Deliver clear presentations on company services and value proposition

Manage follow-up sequences and progress deals through the pipeline

Close new accounts and generate monthly order volume

Maintain accurate activity tracking within the CRM

Log calls, emails, notes, and deal stages consistently
-
Re-engage warm leads and previous contacts
-
Collaborate with leadership to improve outreach messaging and sales workflows
Performance will be measured by:

Daily outbound activity (calls, emails, touches)
-
Meetings booked
-
Show rate and conversion rate
-
Monthly orders received
-
Revenue contribution toward OTE targets
Prior experience selling into the U.S. market
Excellent written and spoken English (very important)
Strong phone presence and confidence with cold calling
Proven ability to handle rejection and maintain consistency
Experience using CRMs and sales tools (HubSpot, Apollo, or similar)
Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven
Comfortable working EST hours
