Sales Development Rep

Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR) Location: Remote Company Overview: We are on a mission to create the world’s most powerful AI mental health coach, designed to maximize team performance and provide 24/7 mental health support.
Generate and qualify leads through various channels including cold outreach (calls, emails, and social media). Identify decision-makers and craft tailored messaging to engage prospects.
1-2 years of experience in a sales development, lead generation, or similar role, preferably in the tech or healthcare industry. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage prospects and handle objections effectively.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Generate and qualify leads through various channels including cold outreach (calls, emails, and social media).
- →Identify decision-makers and craft tailored messaging to engage prospects.
- →Conduct in-depth research to understand the needs of potential customers and align those needs with our AI-powered mental health coaching services.
- →Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team with qualified leads.
- →Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach strategies and optimize lead conversion rates.
- →Maintain accurate records of leads and communication in CRM systems.
- →Provide market feedback to help shape future outreach efforts and product offerings.
- →Meet or exceed monthly quotas for outreach, lead qualification, and sales pipeline growth.
Requirements
~1 min read- 1-2 years of experience in a sales development, lead generation, or similar role, preferably in the tech or healthcare industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage prospects and handle objections effectively.
- Ability to conduct market research and customize outreach strategies.
- Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools.
- Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and a strong sense of ownership.
- Passion for mental health and wellness, with an interest in AI and innovative technologies.
