Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads through various channels including cold outreach (calls, emails, and social media).
  • Identify decision-makers and craft tailored messaging to engage prospects.
  • Conduct in-depth research to understand the needs of potential customers and align those needs with our AI-powered mental health coaching services.
  • Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team with qualified leads.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach strategies and optimize lead conversion rates.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and communication in CRM systems.
  • Provide market feedback to help shape future outreach efforts and product offerings.
  • Meet or exceed monthly quotas for outreach, lead qualification, and sales pipeline growth.
