Our client, a company specializing in reliable video transmission and distribution solutions (ensuring no dropouts, delays, genlock issues, or lip-sync problems), is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Inside Sales Rep to support their growing sales pipeline.
A key sales role has been vacant since mid-2024, resulting in delayed lead follow-up and missed opportunities. This hire will play a critical role in restoring pipeline velocity, improving response times, and supporting overall sales operations.
The primary function of this role is to manage inbound and outbound sales activity, maintain the CRM pipeline, generate quotes, and build prospect lists to support revenue growth.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Manage and maintain the sales pipeline within HubSpot
- →Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and other channels
- →Follow up with inbound leads in a timely and consistent manner
- →Build and maintain targeted prospect lists
- →Assist in creating and sending quotes to prospective clients
- →Qualify leads and schedule meetings for senior sales team members
- →Track all activity and maintain accurate CRM records
- →Support overall sales operations and ensure no leads fall through the cracks
Requirements
~1 min read- 2–5 years of experience in inside sales, SDR, or sales support roles
- Mandatory: 2–5 years of HubSpot experience
- Strong phone presence and telephone-based sales skills
- Experience with prospecting and lead generation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple leads and workflows simultaneously
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Experience selling technical or video-related solutions
- Familiarity with B2B sales cycles and pipeline management
- Experience supporting quote generation and sales documentation
- Background in fast-paced or growth-stage companies
- Full-time, remote position
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
- May require background check
