We are a fast-growing AI transformation consultancy that partners with mid-market companies (50 to 1,000+ employees) across healthcare, financial services, nonprofits, and government contracting. We help organizations leverage cutting-edge AI technology to optimize operations and scale efficiently.
As we rapidly expand our high-volume outbound engine, we are looking for a relentless, hungry Sales Development Representative (SDR) to serve as our first line of defense, turning high-volume outbound activity into qualified booked meetings.
Your core objective is simple: get qualified meetings onto the Account Executive’s calendar. That is the scoreboard. To succeed in this role, you must be scrappy, fast, and relentless. In our outbound ecosystem, volume plus speed is the entire game.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- Manage and monitor large outbound email campaigns that drive significant site traffic and replies.
- Own the inbox response SLA: When a positive reply comes in, respond in under 5 minutes with the ultimate goal of booking a meeting on the spot.
- Maintain a hyper-vigilant presence in the inbox to ensure no warm lead cools off.
- Actively call new leads flowing through our pipeline and outbound lists.
- Execute targeted follow-up calls to website visitors and engaged prospects who took an action (clicked, browsed, opened) but haven't booked a meeting yet.
- Convert dials to conversations, and conversations to booked meetings.
- Follow up persistently and creatively with pipeline leads that have gone quiet.
- Maintain meticulous data hygiene in HubSpot, keeping notes, lead statuses, and next steps clean and current.
- Provide light sales operations support as we scale, including assisting with getting quotes out the door.
- Flawless Communication: Crystal-clear, neutral, near-native English language skills suitable for US phone sales. This is strictly non-negotiable.
- Executive Presence: Proven experience calling and emailing into the C-suite and senior leadership levels (VPs, Directors, and Executives). You must be entirely comfortable holding peer-to-peer conversations with senior decision-makers.
- US Shift Alignment: Ability to work full-time hours aligned with the US Eastern Time zone.
- Mindset: Highly motivated, thick-skinned, coachable, and fiercely driven by hitting targets. This is a growth seat with a long-term future, not a temporary gig.
- Experience: Prior experience as an SDR, BDR, cold-caller, or in a high-volume outbound sales environment is highly preferred.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Instantly, or similar sales engagement tooling.
- A background selling into US mid-market companies or B2B professional services.
