What We Offer

Commitment: Starting part-time/fractional with an immediate, explicit trajectory to scale into full-time hours as local ad spend multiplies.
Base Salary Range: $1,200 – $2,000 USD / month (pro-rated based on starting hourly alignment, target geography, and initial experience levels).
Performance Commission Structure: Highly competitive performance bonuses designed to explicitly reward performance and output. Incentives include: Flat payouts for every raw evaluation successfully booked and attended.

We are an elevated, fast-growing performance physical therapy practice based in Seattle, Washington. Operating primarily as a specialized cash-based practice, we work with highly motivated patients who utilize a "paid in full" model for their recovery and performance programs. Following highly successful initial marketing campaigns, our current operational bottleneck is moving from a high volume of raw incoming leads to actual clinical evaluations. We are dedicated to providing personalized care and need an ambitious sales professional to champion our early pipeline.

We are seeking a high-agency, results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) & Executive Admin to act as the primary catalyst for our patient acquisition funnel. This role begins as a hybrid position: you will aggressively manage outbound outreach to meta-advertisement leads while absorbing administrative tasks to clear backend bandwidth for our founder.

As the practice continues its rapid trajectory and marketing budgets scale, this engagement is explicitly designed to expand into a dedicated, full-time sales development position. The ideal candidate has strong conversational intuition, treats sales as an ongoing craft, and can operate autonomously to push leads across the finish line.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Conversion & Dialing: Target incoming Meta advertisement leads promptly, guiding prospective patients through structured 15-minute qualifying discovery calls.
  • Funnel Optimization: Drive the conversion of cold/warm digital leads into booked, confirmed clinical evaluations.
  • Framework Execution & Script Optimization: Master an initial baseline sales script and training framework provided via Loom. You are expected to bring your own professional flair and ethical twist to optimize conversion rates over time.
  • Reactivation Campaigns: Systematically run outreach campaigns to historical, un-scheduled leads to re-engage prospective patients during seasonal business cycles.
  • Administrative & Executive Support: Manage practice data hygiene, schedule coordination, and daily general administrative work to maximize leadership efficiency.
  • Continuous Professional Development: Actively participate in weekly internal sales training to analyze pipeline friction points, refine objection handling, and consistently elevate overall sales execution.

Requirements

  • Experience: Dynamic background in sales development, remote lead generation, or consultative inside sales. Prior experience supporting clinical practices, physical therapy networks, or cash-based medical frameworks is an advantage.
  • Communication Mastery: Impeccable verbal and written English communication skills. You must be able to establish quick, authoritative, and deeply empathetic rapport with clients based in the United States.
  • Tools & Technology: Proficient navigating remote toolkits including Gmail, Slack, electronic health records or CRM pipelines, and asynchronous video platforms (Loom).
  • Operational Infrastructure: High-functioning dedicated remote office environment, an optimized desktop or laptop machine, crisp audio headsets, and robust, enterprise-grade high-speed internet.
  • High Motivation & Incentive-Driven: Highly energized by an ambitious commission framework. You look at target benchmarks as baseline expectations and consistently push to exceed them.
  • Elite EQ & Strong Listening Skills: Able to effectively unpack a prospect’s unique physiological pain points, building authentic trust without making them feel processed by a generic automated funnel.
