About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to act as an extension of our sales team. This role is focused on generating qualified meetings and pipeline opportunities through consistent outbound and inbound sales development. The ideal candidate is process-driven, persistent, and comfortable leveraging AI tools to scale and personalize outreach. A background in ServiceNow or another ITSM tool is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform outbound sales development via email, LinkedIn, and light calling
- Use AI tools to draft and personalize outreach messages, follow-ups, and call scripts
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and move them through the sales pipeline
- Book meetings and generate qualified sales opportunities for the sales team
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records as leads and deals progress
- Follow defined sales processes while continuously optimizing outreach and messaging
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to improve conversion and pipeline quality
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Comfortable with outbound sales motions and high-volume outreach
- Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, CRM AI features, sequencing tools)
- Familiar with CRM systems and sales engagement platforms
- Process-driven, persistent, and not afraid of outreach volume
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented
- Background in ServiceNow or another ITSM tool
- Previous SDR or BDR experience in B2B sales
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools
- Knowledge or experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms is preferred
- Consistent meeting generation
- Clean, reliable CRM data
- High-quality lead qualification
- Strong collaboration with the sales team to build pipeline
